In 2019, Bezmialem Vakif University has completed its membership process to the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
AAMC (Association of American Medical Colleges) conducts the process of arranging medical faculty rotations within US universities and the process of sending students abroad through the Visiting Students Learning Opportunities (VSLO) System. Distinguished universities in the USA accept internship applications via the VSLO System, which is open to AAMC member universities only. The system includes 177 host universities (Home Institute) from the United States. In the Global Network there are 32 internationally high ranking universities included from Europe to Asia and from the Middle East to Africa.
By becoming a member of this association, which includes distinguished universities from the USA and the world, our University has enabled the Bezmialem Vakıf University Medical Faculty students to benefit from these exchange programmes and at the same time enable students from the USA to receive acceptance from our university.
